Our free diagnostic services are offered in house at the Ultra Systems retail location. We will take your PC or Laptop and run our diagnostics on it so that we can better assess how we can repair the issue.
Some problems can be more difficult to determine than others and at times repairs may take multiple attempts. Each time we will diagnose the problem at no charge and make you aware of what the repair costs will be.
Note: It isn't always possible to determine every problem that may exists on a machine so repair fees will be applied each time unless deemed unnecessary. As an example, we may clean a virus that might be masking yet another problem that we were unable to determine until another event occured on your machine after you had already taken delivery and began using again at your location.
